How to turn on developer mode on Android Q:

Step 1: Swipe down notifications panel from top of the screen and tap Settings gear icon

Step 2: Tap About phone

Step 3: Scroll down up to end of the page and tap Build number 7 times or tap until see this message: You are now a developer!

Step 4: Now tap back button and tap System

Step 5: Tap Advanced

Step 6: Tap Developer options

Enable USB debugging on Android Q 10:

Step 1: Open settings app in your Android Q

Step 2: Tap System

Step 3: Tap Advanced

Step 4: Tap Developer options

Step 5: Turn on USB debugging under debugging section

Now Allow USB debugging.

Step 6: Tap OK.
