According to the Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) and Roland Quandt (@rquandt) claim that there could be as many as three Galaxy S10 models launching next year. These models are likely to be called Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and the Galaxy S10 Lite.
These three devices are said to carry model numbers SM-G970F, SM-G973F, and SM-G975F. As for the variants limited to the US market, they are codenamed G970U, G973U, and G975U. This again confirms that the upcoming smartphones will be powered by either the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon or Exynos 9820 processor depending upon the region.
Also, Samsung has their own Communcation Processor with 5G-NR in the works. Part of “Shannon” line and it’ll probably end up in the Exynos-based #GalaxyS10, so inhouse solution seems to be preferred to QC SDX50. (kinda doubt they’d be able to combine Exynos 9820 w/ a QC 5G modem) https://t.co/eRpBaL3FPK
